Courses Idea

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is a four-year undergraduate program in pharmacy education that is designed to prepare students for a career as a licensed pharmacist. The program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices involved in the preparation, dispensing, and management of medications
The curriculum in a B.Pharm program typically includes courses in pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacovigilance, and pharmacy practice. Practical experience through internships, clerkships, and other hands-on training is also an integral part of the program.
After completing a B.Pharm program, graduates can work as licensed pharmacists in various settings such as community pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacists are responsible for reviewing prescriptions, compounding medications, providing drug information to patients and healthcare providers, monitoring for potential drug interactions and adverse effects, and advising patients on proper medication use.
